Booking

How to buy a bus ticket in Ukraine

Three steps, and each shows what actually decides it: the time, the seat and the price.

1

Find a departure

From, to and a date. We show the carriers’ departures for that day: when it leaves, how long it takes, the class of coach and the price with every fee in it.

2

Pick a seat

Where the carrier gives us a seat map you choose your own and see what is free. Where it does not, the driver assigns a seat at boarding - and we say so before you pay.

3

Pay by card

Payment through LiqPay. The e-ticket arrives by email and opens by link - nothing needs printing, showing it on screen is enough.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance can I buy a bus ticket?

Most carriers open sales 10 to 30 days before departure, some several months ahead. Overnight runs, weekends and holidays fill earlier, so it is worth booking ahead.

How much does a bus ticket cost?

The carrier sets the fare, and it depends on distance, the class of coach and the departure time. The table of routes above shows the cheapest fare the carriers published; the final price with every fee is shown in search before payment.

Can I choose my seat on the bus?

It depends on the carrier. Where it gives us a seat map you pick your own and see what is free. Where it does not, the driver assigns a seat at boarding - and that is visible before you pay.

What luggage can I take on the bus?

Usually one suitcase in the hold and a piece of hand luggage in the cabin, but the allowance is the carrier’s, and on international runs an extra piece is charged separately. The rules for your departure are shown before payment.

Can I refund a bus ticket?

Yes, under the carrier rules - it is the carrier that decides how much comes back, depending on how many hours before departure you cancel. The request is made in your account and the money returns to the card you paid with.

Do I need to print the e-ticket?

No. Showing it on your phone is enough: the driver finds you on the list by the ticket or document number. The ticket also stays in your account on the site.
