The house is located in the private sector of Truskavets, 10 minutes from the central mineral water pump room. The second floor with a separate entrance from the street is rented out to tourists. On the floor there are two rooms with separate bathrooms, balconies and a kitchen. Cold and hot water 24 hours a day. When the power goes out, the generator periodically turns on to keep the house warm.
