A cozy 2-room apartment in the central part of the city is offered for daily rent. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard. The apartment has a modern European-style renovation. The rooms are separate.
Modern furniture: large double bed with orthopedic mattress, soft corner. The living room has an exit to the balcony.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances: washing machine, boiler, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, DVD. Everything is in working order.
Always exceptionally clean and beautiful linen. In the kitchen - a full set of kitchen utensils, from a saucepan to a napkin. Tea, sugar - always available for our guests.
There is absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Near the house there is a parking lot, mini-market, shops, pharmacy, bus stop.

Огромная благодарность хозяйке Алёне, от человека который в командировках живёт, за эту квартиру. Однозначно один из лучших, случайно попавшихся, вариДалееантов в городе Суммы. Та щепетильность с которой хозяйка подходит к сдаче, поразила даже проженного и крайне вредного практика, т.е. меня. Очень чисто, очень уютно, даже придраться не к чему. В квартире есть всё! Вот вообще всё! Алёна - крайне был рад у Вас снимать квартиру, однозначно буду рекомендовать своим коллегам, которые как и я, мотаются по городам и весям, встречая иногда, вместо жилья,. филиал ада на Земле))). Даже звонить больше в Суммах ни кому не буду. Респект и уважение!

Несколько раз приезжала на Украину по делам с мужем. Снять кавартиру именно у этой хозяйки порекомендовала коллега. Я ни разу не пожалела! УровеДалеень сервиса не уступает европейским гостиницам, но всегда ощущение домашнего тепла и уюта! Всегда очень хочется вернуться сюда снова. Спасибо хозяйке! Моему мужу, Стивену, тоже очень нравится!

Все дуже сподобалось, чистенька постіль та охайні меблі, особисто для мене - найважливіше. Дуже приємно, що є достатньо посуду і завжди, Далеепісля тривалої поїздки потягом, можна попити чайку з цукерками, які так турботливо залишила хозяйка! Дуже дякуємо за гостинність! Так і тримайте!
