I am renting out a one-room apartment in the area of the regional hospital - bus station.
The apartment has everything you need for both short-term and long-term stays.
Air conditioning + 100 UAH.

На вихідні тариф +200 грн. при цьому у санвузлі були розбиті двері - двері з великою скляною вставкою і вона розбита. А ціну платиш повну, ніби воДалеена така ж ідеальна, як на фото, хоч вже добре всюди "потерта". Відсутній туалетний папір, потрібно бігти в найближчий магазин купувати. Дали лише один комплект рушників на двох чоловік. Ковдра дуже тонка, при тому що в квартирі було прохолодно спати, і жодної додаткової ковдри чи хоча б пледу. В якості завдатку взяли 500 грн. готівкою, на ранок (без попередження з вечора) прийшла прибиральниця без грошей і сказала, що власниця скине завдаток на карту. Лише через годину після виселення власниця скинула 490 грн. на карту - бо "банкомат" взяв комісію!
