We offer you a 2-room apartment of luxury class in an elite new building in the city center. First deliveries. Everything for comfortable living and rest is available. RESIDENCE RULES: Attending parties, celebrations and other events is prohibited. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited, including devices such as iqos - fine 500 UAH. The apartment is not rented to persons under 18 years of age without parental accompaniment. Upon check-in, a security deposit in the amount of the standard daily rate is paid (refundable upon check-out if the rules of residence are not violated, property, furniture, equipment, etc. are not damaged) A passport or driver's license is required. Accommodation with pets is discussed additionally. If neighbors complain about noise, we reserve the right to early eviction. In this case, the money for the rental period and the security deposit will not be returned. Check-in time from 14.00, check-out time until 11.00
