Квартира убитая в хлам. С подъезда тянет запахом мочи. Такой как на фото она была лет 10 назад. Кроме того в квартире довольно прохладно и сыро. ПолотДалееенца плохо пахнут, а одеяло такое грязное и старое что даже пододеяльник его не спасет. Какой бы низкой не была цена, за квартирой надо ухаживать и исправлять поломки. Квартира вроде трехместная, но на кухне только 2 стула, даже поесть неначем. Из хорошего это горячая вода. Если есть возможность, ищите варианты получше.
