We present to your attention a comfortable three-room apartment in the center of our city - Sotsgorod, which is maximally equipped for your comfort and rest: two double beds with orthopedic mattresses, a double corner sofa, two single beds, always clean bed linen and towels, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Built-in kitchen with a full set of dishes, refrigerator, kettle, microwave. All necessary infrastructure is within walking distance. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, parking, pharmacy, parks, squares, city executive committee, market, high-speed tram, bus station (2 km), Arcelor Mittal (3 km), cinema, entertainment center "Union". For business travelers we provide a full package of documents with a seal. Accommodation conditions: availability of a passport or other document certifying the identity of residents, compliance with the rules of accommodation - not rented for parties (the only exception is New Year). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Check-in time: 13:00, check-out time: 12:00. Price for a couple is 650 UAH. When three or more people are accommodated, the price is considered individually. Minimum rental period is 2 days.
