2-room luxury apartment with European-quality repair in an elite new building, everything for comfortable living is available. I provide accounting documents for living. RESIDENCE RULES: Parties, celebrations and other events are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, including devices like Iqos! The apartment is not rented to persons under 18 years of age without parental accompaniment. Upon check-in, a security deposit in the amount of the standard daily rate is paid (refundable upon check-out if the rules of residence are not violated, property, furniture, equipment, etc. are not damaged) A passport or driver's license is required. Accommodation with pets is discussed additionally. If neighbors complain about noise, we reserve the right to early eviction. In this case, the money for the rental period and the security deposit will not be returned. Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 11:00 (to be discussed additionally).
